- • To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all packaging intact.
2. Non-Refundable Cases:
- • Refund requests made after 3 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.
- • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage are not eligible for refunds.

- • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs:
- • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
- • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
