At CSK, we work hard to make sure your socks arrive fast, fresh, and full of feelings.

📦 Order Processing

• Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is received, and another when it's shipped.

🚛  Shipping Time

• We deliver to most locations and governorates across Egypt.
• Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days for locations inside of Cairo.
• Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times depending on courier availability.

💸  Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions or bundle delivery offers — follow us on social media to stay updated!

📍 Delivery Information

• Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order.
• If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., missed drop-off, incorrect address), we’ll contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp.

❗ Missed Deliveries

• If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt a second delivery.
• After two failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us and canceled.
