• Our minimum order is 3 pairs of socks per purchase.
• Prices are listed in EGP and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Once an order is placed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to you.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud).

• We accept online payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, Fawry, Vodafone Cash).
• All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

• We ship across Egypt through our delivery partners.
• Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on location.
• CSK is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

• We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• To request a return/exchange, contact us via comedysocks4@gmail.com.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
